Thumbplay
By clicking the button above, you acknowledge that you are the account holder for the cell phone number entered and you expressly agree to these terms as well as the Thumbplay Terms & Conditions of Use Agreement and Privacy Policy. AT&T users who sign up for Thumbplay's subscription service via Thumbplay's Web site will also be registered for a free Thumbplay Share account, including unlimited storage for all their photos and videos.

Bonus ringtones are included with any new subscription service (excluding text service subscriptions) and currently available only to Alltel, AT&T, Nextel, Sprint, T-Mobile, and Verizon Wireless* customers. A phone with an Internet-enabled and SMS-enabled (short message service) account is required. After entering your password, you will be subscribed to Thumbplay and automatically charged $9.99 each month on your cellular phone bill for 10 credits each month until such time as you cancel your subscription. Monthly credits expire at the end of each month and may not be rolled over into the following month.

Games are not currently supported for Verizon Wireless customers. If your phone does not support our ringtone, wallpaper, videos, or games subscription you will be directed to a confirmation page where you can opt to receive one of our text service subscriptions by entering the text service password sent to your handset on such confirmation page. Terms and Conditions for the text service subscription will be posted on such confirmation page.

Your 10 bonus credits for ringtones, wallpapers, videos or games will be available when you activate your account by entering your password on the next page. Your password will be sent to your phone when you click the button above. This offer is only available to first time customers of Thumbplay and can not be combined with any other offer.

Normal Carrier charges (WAP, MMS, GPRS, SMS) and taxes may apply for subscriptions, promotional text messages, and account related text messages.

By clicking the button above you expressly agree to receive these communications by SMS, including our weekly newsletter . You may stop receiving promotional text messages by emailing your request to opt-out, along with your cell phone number, to un@thumbplay.com.

You may receive your password confirmation text message multiple times until you complete the sign-up process. If you would like to stop receiving the password confirmation text messages, please email us at passwordsms@thumbplay.com. You also agree to receive promotional and account related email communications. You may unsubscribe from promotional email communications by unsubscribing here.

You may cancel your Thumbplay subscription by sending the words STOP from your mobile device to 48000 or by contacting us via email. If you subscribe to multiple services, you may be prompted to specify which services you wish to cancel. Please direct all email inquiries to support@thumbplay.com. You may also call 1-877-THUMB-99 (1-877-848-6299) for questions regarding your account.

Funmobile (Rock your Tones, Ringtone Times, Bring the Rings etc)
By entering my cell phone number and the PIN Code that was sent to the cell phone supplied by you on this website and clicking the "Submit" button, I acknowledge that I am subscribing to CSW's Poly Ringtone subscription service. I am also confirming that I have read and understood the Terms of Service, and I agree to be legally bound by the Terms of Service. I represent that (1) I am at least eighteen (18) years of age AND (2) I am of legal age to agree to the Terms of Service, or I have my parent's permission to use and register on this website. Please note that you must be 18 or older in the State of Florida to participate in this offer. I understand that: if my carrier is AT&T, I will be charged a service fee of $19.99 per month, for which I will receive credits for 20 Poly Ringtones. if my carrier is VERIZON WIRELESS, I will be charged a service fee of $9.99 per month, for which I will receive credits for 15 Poly Ringtones and credits for 5 Color Wallpaper. if my carrier is T-MOBILE, SPRINT PCS, CELLULAR ONE, VIRGIN MOBILE USA, CENTENNIAL WIRELESS OR UNICEL, I will be charged a service fee of $9.99 per month, for which I will receive credits for 15 Poly Ringtones. if my carrier is CINCINNATI BELL OR U.S. CELLULAR, I will be charged a service fee of $9.99 per month, for which I will receive 3 Jokes a week. if my carrier is CRICKET, I will be charged a service fee of $4.99 per month, for which I will receive credits for 15 Poly Ringtones. I understand that all service fees will billed to my mobile phone bill, and I confirm that I hold the account corresponding to the mobile phone number I have entered, or that I have the account holder's permission to use this service and incur this fee. Unused credits will not be rolled over to next month. Normal carrier charges (e.g., WAP, GPRS, SMS and MMS) will apply. Games, Monophonic Ringtones, Operator Logos, and Picture Messages are not available to T-Mobile users. Normal carrier charges will apply.

The complimentary ringtone offer is subject to the Complimentary Ringtone Offer Terms and Conditions. The complimentary ringtone is only available for compatible handsets on AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint PCS, Virgin Mobile USA, Centennial Wireless, UNICEL and Cricket.
